When does this trip run, and how long is it?
6 days, 5 nights, 23–28 September 2026, the only departure timed to the Ziro Festival of Music this season. Pickup is outside Vivanta Guwahati at 10:00 AM, a day ahead of the festival.
Is the Ziro Festival of Music entry pass included in the price?
No. The festival pass (₹10,000) is separate from the trip cost and needs to be arranged independently. Everything else, tent stay, breakfast and lunch daily, all 4 activities, and transport, is covered.
What's the difference between the Dome and Alpine tents?
Both are twin-sharing tents on the same itinerary and dates, each with two pillows, two blankets and two sleeping foam mats. Alpine is the larger option at ₹27,999; Dome is the standard at ₹25,999.
What's actually included in the price?
5 nights of tent stay, breakfast and lunch daily, all 4 activities (Apatani Village Walk, Ziro Valley Sightseeing, Nara Abba Winery Visit, Traditional Paddy Fishing), Guwahati-to-Guwahati transport with a 10:00 AM departure, and local transport for every in-valley excursion.
What's the cancellation policy?
30 days or more before departure: full refund, deposit retained and adjustable to a future trip. 15–29 days: 25% of tour cost. 7–14 days: 50%. 6 days or less, or a no-show: no refund. A non-refundable ₹5,000 deposit confirms the seat, with the balance due 15 days before departure.
Are there other dates for this trip?
Not this season; 23–28 September is currently the only Ziro Festival of Music departure. Custom dates and private group departures for Arunachal Pradesh are available on request.
What should I pack?
Comfortable trekking shoes, warm layers for cool valley nights, a raincoat or poncho, a flashlight or headlamp, a power bank, a reusable water bottle, personal medication, and a valid photo ID.
